The basketball camp finished well with about 50 kids at each session. Pastor Julio shared a message both times and it seemed to go well. We really enjoyed getting to know some of the kids and their families and we know some seeds were planted.
At night we have been playing basketball with some local guys and built some good relationships there as well. We had a lot of fun and as a bonus Team USA, as they call us, went undefeated all week.
Tomorrow we begin the journey back to the States. We'll fly to Lima tomorrow afternoon at 4:45 pm. Then we leave Lima at 7:45am Saturday morning to return to Bham at 8:15pm. Please pray for our time of debriefing and travels.
