The Youth Team has completed its second day of Day School (like VBS) in Mexico. The number of kids who came yesterday was almost double what they had the first day. They hope the numbers continue to grow. Please pray for the impact of their efforts in the community and for even more children to participate as the week goes on.
Also, please pray for the health of our team. It is very hot (over 100 degrees every day) and there is hardly any relief, not even much of a breeze. Pray that the team will stay hydrated and healthy despite the scorching heat.
Their construction work has been hindered due to the heat, but they are making progress. Please pray for their strength as it is getting later in the week and their bodies are tired.
Most of all, please pray that the Lord's Name is glorified through our team and partnership with Hands of Luke. Pray that our efforts will have an influence in the community that the Hands of Luke personnel will be able to follow up on, that lives may be changed, and that many people our team encounters will become fully-devoted followers of Christ.
